Usagi tsukino is a normal girl until she meets up with luna a talking cat who tells her that she is sailor moon.

But when she meets a talking cat she begins a journey that will teach her she has a well of great strength just beneath the surface and the heart to inspire and stand up for her friends as sailor moon.

The series follows the adventures of usagi tsukino a girl who transforms into the titular protagonist and goes on a journey to save the universe from being annihilated. Along the way she encounters and defeats a diverse group of enemies.
